We have strong corporate social responsibility values, and our employees are passionate about supporting the communities where we live and work. We want everyone to join us in helping people imagine, design, and build a better world.
Multiplex Australia is also major supporter of the Literacy for Life Foundation – a partnership between National Health Research Institute – The Lowitja Institute, indigenous campaigner Jack Beetson and Multiplex. It has been established to address the issue of very low literacy levels in Aboriginal Adults.
We support the wellness of our people
At Multiplex, we look at health holistically, providing support and programs to ensure physical, psychological, intellectual and social wellbeing. An example where we have listened to our people’s request for more work-life balance and personal time is the ‘Flexibility @ Multiplex’ project which started in 2013, a first for our industry to support our people to have their desired work-life balance. We are now progressively implementing flexibility on all our projects and our employees are feeling the change.
